General conditions
Please note the specifications of the right of withdrawal instructions.
For drugs applies a special right of return. As proper storage cannot be guaranteed after the drugs have left our shop, some products are generally excluded from a return.
In order to avoid arising expenses, we ask you to contact us prior to the return either per telephone or via email.
We will be happy to explain the approach and the returnability of the products and will send you in the individual case a parcel sticker for the return shipment.
Important: Please note during the return shipment that the articles are packed properly and safe and try to use the original packaging.
